The CACT sensor is located in the intake air path between the charge air cooler (CAC) and the cylinder head. The CACT sensor measures the air temperature after the CAC. The CACT sensor may be integrated with a turbocharger boost pressure (TCBP) sensor or a manifold absolute pressure and temperature (MAPT) sensor.
