BCM DTC Fault Trigger Conditions 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
B130F:14 Run Accessory Control: Circuit Short To Ground or Open Sets when the BCM detects a short to ground from the wiper relay control circuit.

SCCM DTC Fault Trigger Conditions 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
B1008:09 Wiper Mode Switch: Component Failure Sets when the SCCM detects a fault from the wiper/washer switch input.
B1131:02 Wiper Motor Module: General Signal Failure Sets when the input to the windshield wiper motor from the fail-safe circuit does not match the requested input from the SCCM.
