Oil Cooler: Installation
- Install the engine oil cooler and the retainer.
Torque: 43 lb.ft (58 Nm)

- Connect the coolant hoses.
- Remove the hose locking pliers Use the General Equipment: Locking Pliers

NOTE: Lubricate the oil filter gasket with clean engine oil.
Install a new oil filter.
Material: Motorcraft Ā® SAE 5W-30 Synthetic Blend Motor Oil / XO-5W30-QSP (WSS-M2C946-A)
Torque:
Stage 1: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
Stage 2: 180 °
- Fill the engine with clean engine oil. Refer to: SpecificationsĀ .
Material: Motorcraft Ā® SAE 5W-30 Synthetic Blend Motor Oil / XO-5W30-QSP (WSS-M2C946-A)
- Inspect and adjust the coolant level in the degas bottle. Refer to: Specifications
