Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

With the ignition ON, the SECM monitors various inputs to detect if an internal fault is present.

DTC Fault Trigger Conditions 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Condition
SECM U2100:00 Initial Configuration Not Complete: No Sub Type Information This DTC is pre-set in a new SECM and clears automatically when the SECM is configured correctly. This DTC also sets due to incomplete or improper PMI procedures.
SECM U2101:00 Control Module Configuration Incompatible: No Sub Type Information This DTC sets due to incomplete or improper PMI procedures
