- X1: CHECK FOR OTHER ABS MODULE DTCS
- Review the results form the ABS module self-test.
- Are any other DTCs present?
- X2: CHECK FOR CCM DTCS
Carry out the C-CM self-test.
- Are any DTCs other than C0072:xx present?
Yes No DIAGNOSE all CCM DTCs other than C0072:xx first.
REFER to the appropriate Diagnosis and Testing in the Cruise Control article.Go to X3.
- Are any DTCs other than C0072:xx present?
- X3: RECHECK THE SYSTEM FOR OVER TEMP DTCS
- Ignition OFF.
- Ignition ON, engine OFF.
- Clear the ABS DTCs.
Carry out the ABS self-test.
- Is DTC C0072:xx still present?
- X4: CHECK FOR CORRECT ABS OPERATION
- Ignition OFF.
