This DTC occurs when other modules do not receive the PSCM messages within a certain time frame. This can occur if the PSCM wiring harness or electrical connectors are loose or damaged, or if the vehicle battery state of charge levels are too low for the PSCM to initialize and power up in time to communicate with the other modules. When to See a Mechanic
