This DTC sets if the sum of the 2 steering shaft torque sensor signals do not equal a specified voltage level. This can occur if the wiring harness along the top of the EPAS gear is damaged, the electrical connectors are loose, damaged or corroded, or due to an internal fault in the steering gear.
