Front Brake Caliper: Installation

2018 Ford Transit Connect XL, Van CargoSECTION Installation
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  2. Apply the specified grease to the brake caliper anchor plate as shown.

    Material: Multi-Purpose Grease (WSS-M12A4-A2)

  3. NOTE: Make sure that the brake hose is not twisted and is correctly located.

    Tighten the brake flexible hose fitting.

    Torque: 159 lb.in (18 Nm)

  4. Bleed the brake system. Refer to: Brake System Pressure Bleeding .
