Failure Action
00 This DTC sets if the ABS module receives invalid steering wheel torque information. Using a diagnostic scan tool, RETRIEVE and DIAGNOSE all PSCM DTCs. REFER to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING . If no PSCM DTCs are present, the DTC may be caused by an intermittent concern. SET the ignition to OFF. DISCONNECT and INSPECT all PSCM electrical connectors for corrosion, bent pins, pushed-out pins and spread terminals. REPAIR as necessary.
41 This DTC sets if the steering wheel angle sensor checksum is invalid. Using a diagnostic scan tool, RETRIEVE and DIAGNOSE all PSCM DTCs. REFER to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING . If no PSCM DTCs are present, the DTC may be caused by an intermittent concern. SET the ignition to OFF. DISCONNECT and INSPECT all PSCM electrical connectors for corrosion, bent pins, pushed-out pins and spread terminals. REPAIR as necessary.
82 This DTC sets if the steering wheel angle sensor rolling counter message is out of range. Using a diagnostic scan tool, RETRIEVE and DIAGNOSE all PSCM DTCs. REFER to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING . If no PSCM DTCs are present, the DTC may be caused by an intermittent concern. SET the ignition to OFF. DISCONNECT and INSPECT all PSCM electrical connectors for corrosion, bent pins, pushed-out pins and spread terminals. REPAIR as necessary.
86 This DTC sets if the information in the steering wheel angle sensor message is out of range or invalid. Using a diagnostic scan tool, RETRIEVE and DIAGNOSE all PSCM DTCs. REFER to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING . If no PSCM DTCs are present, the DTC may be caused by an intermittent concern. SET the ignition to OFF. DISCONNECT and INSPECT all PSCM electrical connectors for corrosion, bent pins, pushed-out pins and spread terminals. REPAIR as necessary.
