Pinpoint Test Ab: Cold Start System: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- cold start fuel pump
- cold start relay
- cold start valve
- fuel injector heaters
- fuel injector heater control module
- harness circuits: B+, CSM, CSRC, CSV, FIHC, FIHM, FIH1, FIH2, FIH3, GND, PWRGND, VBATT and VPWR
