| C1015:07 | Vacuum Supply: Mechanical Failure | This DTC sets when the vacuum sensor and master cylinder pressure sensor are OK, the engine has been running for at least 3 minutes and the vacuum signal from the vacuum sensor is less than 200 mbar (5.9 InHg) for 2 minutes. DIAGNOSE all other Vacuum Supply and Vacuum Pressure Sensor DTCs before diagnosing C1015:07. If no other Vacuum related DTCs are present, INSPECT the vacuum pump and hoses for leaks. REPAIR or INSTALL new as necessary. REFER to POWER BRAKE ACTUATION . |
| C1015:11 | Vacuum Supply: Circuit Short to Ground | The ABS module supplies 5 volts to the vacuum sensor for sensor operation. The ABS module monitors this voltage output, if voltage feedback indicates the voltage level is less than 0.5 volt for more than 30 seconds, DTC C1015:11 is set. DIAGNOSE all other Vacuum Supply and Vacuum Pressure Sensor DTCs before diagnosing C1015:11. If no other Vacuum related DTCs are present, DISCONNECT ABS module C135 and vacuum sensor C149 . CHECK the 5 volt supply circuit, C135-29 , for a short to ground. REPAIR as necessary. If the circuit is OK, INSTALL a new ABS module. REFER to Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Module . |
