      NOTE: If present, diagnose DTC U3000:96 before diagnosing any other DTCs.
    • Retrieve the continuous memory DTCs.
    • Run OASIS with Symptom 'Stop/Steer/Ride Steering/Steering Wheel (662***)' and the retrieved DTCs.
    • Are any of the articles returned related to the customer complaint?
