- Inspect the planet internal bearing for damage.
- Remove the snap ring.
- Remove the rear planet assembly.
- Remove the thrust bearing.
- Remove the forward planet sun gear.
- Remove the thrust bearing.
- Remove the forward planet assembly.
- Inspect the low and reverse ring gear.
- Remove the top retainer of the One-Way Clutch (OWC).
- Remove the top OWCΒ ring.
- Remove the low OWCΒ assembly.
- Remove the lower one-way ring.
