50 Percent Backrest
Bench Seat Backrest
- Remove the affected third row backrest. For additional information, REFER to SEAT BACKREST - THIRD ROW, BENCH or SEAT BACKREST - THIRD ROW, 50 PERCENT .
- Remove the head restraint(s).
- Release the hook and loop strips, invert the trim cover and remove the hog rings.
- Remove the head restraint guides.
- For bench seats, remove 4 head restraint guides.
- For 50/50 seats, remove 2 head restraint guides.
- Remove the backrest trim cover.
- Pull the strap through the trim cover.
- Remove the backrest foam pad.
- For 50 percent backrest, remove the bushing.
- To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
CAUTION:
Use care when separating the seat back trim cover from the hook and loop strip, or the hook and loop strip can be torn from the seat back foam.
