- Disconnect the negative battery cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
- Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION & FILTERING .
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the ignition coil-on-plug.
- Remove the bolt from the ignition coil-on-plug.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- Remove the ignition coil-on-plug.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
