This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:

  • positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve (6A666) and related vacuum lines
  • electrically heated PCV valve (6A666) and heater circuit
  • electrically heated PCV fitting (9F624) and heater circuit
  • powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
