Removal and Installation

2010 Ford Focus SES, 4D Sedan, StandardSECTION Removal and Installation
  1. Remove the 2 expansion tank bolts.
    • To install, tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb-in).
  2. Lift the coolant expansion tank off of the engine mount stud bolt and position it aside.
  3. Install the Engine Support Bar.

  4. Remove the 2 engine mount nuts.
    • To install, tighten to 90 Nm (66 lb-ft).
  5. Remove the 2 bolts, stud bolt and the engine mount.
    • To install, tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).
  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
