- Remove the exhaust manifold-to-EGR system module tube. For additional information, refer to Exhaust Manifold to Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Tube - 4.6LΒ .
- Disconnect the EGR system module electrical connector.
- Disconnect the EGR system module vacuum line.
- Remove the bolts and EGR system module and discard the gasket.
