- Position the flexplate and loosely install the 6 bolts. Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown in illustration to 80 Nm (59 lb-ft).
- Install the transmission. For additional information, refer to AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE/TRANSMISSION - 4R70E/4R75E article.
- If equipped with fire suppression system, repower the system.
