DTC C1950 applies only to 4WD vehicles. CYCLE the ignition switch from OFF to RUN. CLEAR the DTCs. DRIVE the vehicle for at least one minute at speeds greater than 10 km/h (6 mph). REPEAT the self-test with the brake pedal not applied.If DTC C1950 returns, CHECK the HCU
mounting bracket, bolts and ABS module for correct installation.If the installation is correct, INSTALL a new ABS module. REFER to ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM (ABS) MODULE
. CYCLE the ignition switch from OFF to RUN, CLEAR the DTCs and DRIVE the vehicle at least 10 km/h (6 mph) for at least 3 minutes. |
