The front disc brake caliper:

  • bolts to the front disc brake caliper anchor plate, which bolts to the front wheel spindle.
  • is a disc brake caliper locating pin, dual piston design.
  • has a fluid inlet at the center of the caliper housing.

The brake disc:

  • is of a ventilated full-cast design, with non-directional cooling fins.
  • is serviced with the disc brake caliper and front disc brake caliper anchor plate removed.

The brake disc shield:

  • is riveted to the front wheel spindle.
  • protects the front wheel bearings and inboard surface of the brake disc.

The pads:

  • are housed in the front disc brake caliper anchor plate.
  • are of a non-asbestos, low-metallic composition.
