Front Disc Brake

The front disc brake caliper:
- bolts to the front disc brake caliper anchor plate, which bolts to the front wheel spindle.
- is a disc brake caliper locating pin, dual piston design.
- has a fluid inlet at the center of the caliper housing.
The brake disc:
- is of a ventilated full-cast design, with non-directional cooling fins.
- is serviced with the disc brake caliper and front disc brake caliper anchor plate removed.
The brake disc shield:
- is riveted to the front wheel spindle.
- protects the front wheel bearings and inboard surface of the brake disc.
The pads:
- are housed in the front disc brake caliper anchor plate.
- are of a non-asbestos, low-metallic composition.
