- Depower the supplemental restraint system (SRS). For additional information, refer to Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering and Repowering in the General Procedures portion of SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM article.
- Detach the finish panel.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Reposition the climate control assembly.
- Remove the 4 climate control assembly screws.
- Position the climate control assembly rearward.
- Remove the climate control assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- Disconnect the vacuum connector and remove the climate control assembly.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
