Solenoid Body Assembly: Removal

- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING AND LIFTING .
- Remove the drain plug and drain the transmission fluid.
- Discard the drain plug gasket.
- Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) connectors and retaining clip from the RH pan rail and then position the connectors aside.
- Remove the HO2S connector from the front of the transmission pan rail.
