2009 Ford Cutaway E250, 4R70WSECTION Removal and Installation

Vehicles with 4.6L, 5.4L or 6.8L engine 

  1. Disconnect the battery. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES article.
  2. Remove the battery.

    All vehicles 

  3. Disconnect the A/C cycling switch electrical connector.

  4. Remove the A/C cycling switch.

  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    • Install a new O-ring seal.
