- Open and support the luggage compartment lid in the full-open position.
NOTE:
The luggage compartment lid tension should be decreased if the luggage compartment lid opens with more force than desired. The luggage compartment lid tension should be increased if the luggage compartment lid opens with less force than desired.
WARNING:
Use care when adjusting the luggage compartment lid torsion bar. It is under tension and could spring out of control if it is not handled correctly. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury.
