Compass Calibration

- For optimum calibration, turn off all non-essential electrical accessories (rear window defrost, heater/air conditioning, map lamps, wipers, etc.) and make sure all doors are shut.
- Drive to an open, level area away from large metallic objects or structures and high voltage lines.
- Press and release the RESET button to start the compass calibration function.
- Slowly drive in a circle less than 5 km/h (3 mph) until the CIRCLE SLOWLY TO CALIBRATE display changes to CALIBRATION COMPLETED.
- The compass is now calibrated.

This step will take up to 5 circles to complete the calibration.
