- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
- Remove the drain plug and drain the fluid.
- Install the drain plug.
- Tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).
- Remove the fill level inspection plug.
- Remove the transaxle fill plug.
- Fill the transmission with gear oil until level with the fill level inspection plug hole.
- Install the transaxle fill plug.
- Tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).
- Install the fill level inspection plug.
- Tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).
NOTE:
Use a new gasket and apply sealant on the drain plug.
