  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
  2. Remove the drain plug and drain the fluid.

  3. NOTE: Use a new gasket and apply sealant on the drain plug.
  4. Install the drain plug.
    • Tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).

  5. Remove the fill level inspection plug.

  6. Remove the transaxle fill plug.

  7. Fill the transmission with gear oil until level with the fill level inspection plug hole.
  8. NOTE: Use a new gasket and apply sealant on the fill plug.
  9. Install the transaxle fill plug.
    • Tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).

  10. NOTE: Use a new gasket and apply sealant on the fill level inspection plug.
  11. Install the fill level inspection plug.
    • Tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).
