P2806 (TCM) - TRANSMISSION RANGE SENSOR ALIGNMENT

Description:  The TCM monitors vehicle speed and gear position. This DTC indicates that vehicle speed exceeded the maximum calibrated speed in PARK.
Possible Causes: 
  • Damaged park pawl.
  • Damaged gear selector assembly/cable.
Diagnostic Aids  :
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory
