When diagnosing the memory seat or climate controlled seat, use an NGS+ (NGS with Vehicle Communication Module (VCM) and the latest software update), Worldwide Diagnostic System (WDS) and the latest software update or equivalent scan tool with the capability of communicating over the MS-CAN bus.
