2005 Ford Econoline E150, Van Cargo, 5.4 LSECTION Removal and Installation
CAUTION: While repairing the power steering system, care should be taken to prevent the entry of contaminants or premature failure of the power steering components can occur.
  1. Remove the power steering pump pulley. For additional information, refer to POWER STEERING PUMP PULLEYΒ .
  2. Disconnect the power steering reservoir pump hose and pressure line from the power steering pump.
    • Drain the power steering oil reservoir.

  3. NOTE: Vehicles with 4.6L, 5.4L and 6.8L engines shown, 6.0L engine is similar.
