Multi-Purpose Grease Spray F5AZ-19G209-AA ESR-M1C159-A in Canada CXC-110-B
NOTE: To correctly align the doors, adjust the hinges and the door latch strikers. Adjusting the hinge affects the positioning of the outside surface of the door. Adjusting the door latch striker affects the alignment of the door relative to the weatherstrip and the door closing characteristics.

    Hinge And Striker Adjustment 

  1. Measure the clearance between the front fender and the front door.

  2. Measure the clearance between the front door and the rear door.

  3. Hinge Adjustment 

  4. Mark the door and door hinge for reference.

  5. Loosen the door hinge to door bolts enough to permit movement.

  6. Adjust the door as necessary.
  7. Tighten the door hinge to door bolts.

  8. Striker Adjustment 

  9. Loosen the door latch striker bolt enough to permit movement.

  10. Adjust the door latch striker as necessary.

  11. Tighten the door latch striker bolts.

  12. Hinge And Striker Adjustments 

  13. Check the adjustment and repeat as necessary.
  14. Lubricate the hinges and door check arms with multi-purpose grease spray.
