To access SRT using scan tool, perform the following:
- Turn ignition off.
- Perform necessary vehicle preparation and visual inspections.
- Turn ignition on or start engine.
- Select vehicle and engine selection menu (optional).
- Select NEW VEHICLE YEAR & MODEL (optional).
- Select year, engine, model and any additional information requested by scan tool.
- Follow operating instructions from scan tool menu.
- Select DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTIONS.NOTE: If all tests are not complete, SRT will automatically be displayed along with the following message: "NOT ALL SUPPORTED ON BOARD SYSTEM READINESS TESTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED".
- Press TEST button to display SRT.
- Select ON-BOARD SYSTEM READINESS.
