Sun and Shell Assembly - Disassembly: Disassembly

2004 Ford Econoline E150, Van Cargo, 4.6 WSECTION Disassembly

  1. Remove the front sun shell.

  2. Remove the No. 11 needle bearing.

  3. Remove the intermediate clutch hub.

  4. Remove the No. 10 thrust bearing.

  5. Remove the overdrive drum.

  6. Remove the one-way clutch assembly.
    1. Remove the one-way clutch assembly.
    2. Remove the top cap.
    3. Remove the one-way clutch.
    4. Remove the bottom cap.
