Low/Reverse Clutch Piston Assembly: Disassembly

2004 Ford Econoline E150, Van Cargo, 4.6 WSECTION Disassembly

  1. Remove the low reverse clutch piston from the low reverse clutch piston retainer.
    • Apply compressed air to the fluid passage.

  2. Remove the low reverse clutch piston seals.

  3. Inspect the low reverse clutch piston components for wear and damage. Replace as necessary.
