Cylinder Block: Disassembly

2004 Ford Econoline E150, Van Cargo, 4.6 WSECTION Disassembly

  1. Use the Camshaft Service Set to remove the camshaft bearings (6261).

  2. Use the Camshaft Service Set to remove the engine dynamic balance shaft bearings.

  3. Remove the block heater, if so equipped. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
  4. NOTE: For cleaning purposes, plugs should be removed.
