- Use the Camshaft Service Set to remove the camshaft bearings (6261).
- Use the Camshaft Service Set to remove the engine dynamic balance shaft bearings.
- Remove the block heater, if so equipped. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
NOTE:
For cleaning purposes, plugs should be removed.
