2003 Ford Windstar BaseSECTION Removal and Installation

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cables. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
  2. Disconnect the pushpin retainer, injection control pressure (ICP) electrical connector and glow plug connectors.

  3. Remove the 2 nuts and the glow plug relay.
    • Tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).

  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
