Audio Control Module (ACM)
The ACM is connected to the SCP communications network and also to the audio control protocol (ACP) communications network. The ACM communicates with the compact disc player/changer using the ACP. The ACM uses the SCP communications network for diagnostics. For additional information on the ACM and the compact disc player/changer, refer to AUDIO UNIT .

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:

- • Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.
- • The engine overheats, stalls repeatedly, or misfires under load.
