Calibration Update

Calibration update is used to install a new calibration and strategy into a module. The updates are usually issued to fix a concern in the module software and would normally be addressed by another technical service bulletin (TSB). This method has been used by the PCM for several years. Other modules will be adopting this strategy as well.

When to See a Mechanic

Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
