System Tests: Notes
Verify customer complaint by operating power mirror. Visually inspect for obvious sign of mechanical and electrical damage. If no visual damage is evident, perform appropriate diagnostic test. See SYMPTOM CHART table. A digital volt-ohmmeter is required to test power mirror system.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
