Air Conditioning Pressure (A/C pressure) sensor is located in high pressure (discharge) side of A/C system. A/C pressure sensor provides a voltage signal to PCM that is proportional to A/C pressure. See Fig 1. PCM uses this information for A/C clutch control, fan control and idle speed control.
