DTC B1232: Pats Transceiver Module Antenna Not Connected
Ensure ignition is switch is in LOCK position. Verify PATS transceiver module antenna is properly connected, and PATS transceiver module is properly installed. See PATS TRANSCEIVER MODULEΒ under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Using New Generation Star (NGS) or Worldwide Diagnostic System (WDS) tester, perform PATS transceiver module self-test. Retrieve and record continuous DTCs. Clear continuous DTCs. If DTC B1232 is retrieved, replace PATS module. Clear DTCs and repeat PATS module self-test. If DTC B1232 is not retrieved, system is okay at this time.
