Turn ignition off. Remove air tube from series throttle assembly. Check throttle plate for binding. Repair or replace as necessary. If fault cannot be isolated, go to CIRCUIT TEST HT - TRACTION ASSIST (TA) SYSTEMΒ , step 20).
