The power seats provide horizontal, vertical, recline and tilt adjustments. Seat function switches are mounted on the side of the seat trim panel. Power seat circuits are protected by a circuit breaker. A lumbar support pad can be inflated by a separate pump, controlled by a switch.
Major components of the power seat system are the motor and drive assembly, control switches, lumbar support pad and lumbar pump. A separate motor and drive mechanism provides recline adjustment. Seat motors and associated drive mechanisms are serviced as a complete assembly.
