- Check Headlights
Ensure battery is fully charged. Using headlight switch, turn headlights on. If headlights come on, go to next step. If headlights do not come on, repair as necessary and retest system. - Check Horn
Press horn switch. If horn operates, go to next step. If horn does not operate, repair as necessary and retest system. - Check Circuit Continuity
Turn ignition off. Disconnect RKEM Gray connector. Disconnect horn relay wiring harness connector. Check for continuity between RKEM Gray connector terminal No. 15 (Black/White wire) and horn relay connector Black/Blue wire terminal. See Figure. If continuity is present, replace RKEM. If continuity is not present, repair open in Black/Blue wire circuit.
