Test G - Front & Rear Wipers Inoperative

- Test for battery voltage at load side of fuse No. 16 (Red wire). If battery voltage exists, go to step 3). If fuse is blown, install known good fuse, then go to step 3). If fuse is okay, but battery voltage does not exist, go to next step.
- Remove fuse No. 16. Turn ignition on. Test for battery voltage at feed side of fuse (Black/Light Green wire). If battery voltage exists, install known good fuse, then go to next step. If battery voltage does not exist, repair open in Black/Light Green wire between ignition switch and fuse panel.
- Test for battery voltage at Red wire at wiper motor. If battery voltage does not exist, inspect for open or short in Red wire between fuse No. 16 and wiper motor. Also inspect remaining Red wires between fuse panel, run relay, and HI-LO relay. Run and HI-LO relays are located on left fender apron. Repair Red wires as necessary. See WIRING DIAGRAMSΒ .
