Description & Operation
Power door lock system consists of electric door lock switches, door lock actuators and necessary wiring. Switches are located in front door armrests or door trim panels.
To lock all doors, press switch on either door to lock position. To unlock all doors, press switch to unlock position. Locking part of switch may be labelled LOCK, "L" or may have a raised surface on the control button. Unlocking part of switch may be labelled UNLOCK, "U" or have a smooth or depressed surface on the control button.
Exterior key lock will only lock or unlock that individual door. Exterior key lock will not operate all door locks from outside vehicle unless equipped with Keyless Entry system.

When to See a Mechanic
