Removal (With Key)

- Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove steering wheel. See STEERING WHEEL & AIR BAGΒ or STEERING WHEEL & HORN PADΒ under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Remove upper and lower steering column shrouds (if equipped).
- Disconnect key warning switch electrical connector. Using key, turn lock cylinder to RUN position. Place a 1/8" (3.17 mm) diameter pin in hole located in outer edge of lock cylinder housing. Depress retaining pin and pull out lock cylinder.
