Input Shell & Sun Gear: Disassembly
1996 Ford Cutaway E350, 7.3 FSECTION Disassembly
Remove rear (external) snap ring from sun gear, and remove thrust washer from sun gear and input shell. Working inside input shell, remove sun gear. Remove forward (internal) snap ring from gear. See Figure .
