Electronic Control Unit (Ecu)
On Continental, ECU is located in trunk under rear package tray, on right side. On Sable and Taurus (except SHO), ECU is in front of right front fender apron next to windshield washer reservoir. On Taurus SHO, ECU is located at lower left front corner of engine compartment on top of HCU bracket.

When to See a Mechanic
