Removal & Installation (Sable & Taurus)
Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove instrument panel snap-in finish inserts. Remove 8 screws retaining upper finish panel. Pull lower edge of upper finish panel away from instrument panel. Remove 4 Torx screws, and pull control panel from instrument panel. Unplug electrical connections. To install, reverse removal procedure.
